Barış Erdeniz graduated from Doğuş College and completed his study on International Trade and Business Management at Yeditepe University in 2010.

Erdeniz started his professional career at TÜRMAK Machinery as Business Development Manager. In 2013, he started his own company specialized in electricity sales and entered energy sector. In 2014, Barış Erdeniz founded Erdeniz Consultancy, and in the same year he joined Kazancı Holding as Executive Advisor. Barış Erdeniz has been contributing to Kazancı Holding by conducting many successful projects in the field of organizational development, operational efficiency and digital transformation since 2014 and he was appointed as Kazancı Holding Board Member in August 2017.

Erdeniz has been leading operational excellence and digitalization investments of Kazancı Holding via Human Resources, IT, Supply Chain Management, Legal and Audit departments. He is also responsible for Electricity, Agriculture and Tourism operations.

Barış Erdeniz has been appointed as Executive Committee Member of Aksa Enerji in Jan'21. Erdeniz is also Vice Chairman of Association of Electricity Distribution System Operators in Turkey since Mar’21.
